    Bulking supplements

    Hey guys i am taking L-Arganine mixed with my creatine monohydrate half hour before training.. 5g creating and protein shake with 20g dextrose after training L-glutamine and L-Arganine before bed..
    now can you mix L-Arg wit monohydrate creatine ?
    and also are these the basic supplements for bulking up?

    ~solid protein intake is Key
    ~Shakes are good for post workout and small MRP's
    ~Creatine and Arg are great

    ~A nice MASS shake is about 50 grams of Dex+10 Grams of Creatine, and about 50-75 grams of Whey Isolate/Casein combo
    Also Add some R-ala to shuttle the creatine and carbs into the cells

    What do you mean by dex?

    dextrose, type of sugar used to spike insulin and form of carbohydrates after you workout.

    So 50g of dextrose would be around 10 teaspoons?
