    Fresh Cycle

    So just wanted to tell you guys I started my prop cycle yesterday. Banged my delts and their sore today. Me personally, I love the sorenes from my injections. Here's the funny thing though. Most of you know I have been dealing with a sore shoulder. I was benching a week ago and figured I would go heavy for my last set because I was feeling good. The little tough guy I asked to spot me could not lift the weight to help me force my last one. Needless to say the form was not the best and I pulled the muscle. I gave it a week off but it still hurt. Yesterday I was like F*** it, I'm gonna work through it. I did, came home, and shot my delts. Woke up today with a sore shoulder, but my muscle feels great. Out of all the gear I have run in my tenure, I have never run Prop, other than it being in Sust. Never ran it alone. Give me some feedback on your prop only cycles

    is this going to be a log for your prop cycle? i am curious about prop. so if it is i will follow closley. thx boyd

    i am on my secound week of 100mg EOD prop cycle... so far so good I will let you know how it feels this week, should be good because by mid last week i felt rather invincible whilst at the gym

    hahaha he told me hes going to put on 15 ponds of muscle useing only n.o. xplode

    Well he cracks me up brother.... Coming in at about 135 clean.....LOL, rocks the wife beater with I.L.S. ( Imaginary Lat Syndrome ) I usually bench around 3 to 350. I get 4 to 6 and I am happy. I was feeling strong so I wanted to kick it up a notch. I was like " Hey Skippy, help me force this out " He was oh yeah man no prob. I got it up twice and wanted that third, but he could not help...LOL I got pissed, threw it up, racked it and just hook my head. LAter that day my shoulder started aching.
    I was thinking about a log, btu don't think I am commited enough to make it worth while. Even though I spend hours here, reading and posting...LOL

    Omg TJM you are my boy. I almost pissed my pants when i read this. Im going to use ILS everytime i see thoe kids in my gym. hahaha

    Good luck on your Prop cycle. Hope you keep up on a log.

    npp gave me sides like crazy even with caber/letro

    prop/tren/masteron- started at 185 11% ten weeks later 220 7%
    power lifting 5x week 2 hour sessions
    mma 6x a week 1, 2 or 3 hour sessions
    wrestling 2x a week 2 hour sessions
    eating like a freakin pig probaby 6000k+ a day but all very lean/clean



    this was my diet while on that

    Sample Diet

    Meal 1 options:
    Oatmeal and a shake, multivitamin,
    Whole-grain pasta spaghetti, multivitamin
    Whole-grain pasta chicken Alfredo, multivitamin
    Raisin bran with skim milk and a shake, multivitamin

    Meal 2 options:
    Shake, Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread and mixed vegetables
    Shake, Chicken Parmesan and whole-grain pasta and mixed vegetables
    Shake, Spaghetti with 95/5 ground beef, or ground turkey and mixed vegetables

    Meal 3 options:
    Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread and mixed vegetables
    Chicken Parmesan and whole-grain pasta and mixed vegetables
    Spaghetti with 95/5 ground beef, or ground turkey and mixed vegetables

    (Optional) Meal 4 options:
    Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread and mixed vegetables
    Chicken Parmesan and whole-grain pasta and mixed vegetables
    Spaghetti with 95/5 ground beef, or ground turkey and mixed vegetables

    Meal 5 options:
    Tuna and mixed vegetables, multivitamins
    Chicken Parmesan and mixed vegetables, multivitamins
    Turkey and mixed Vegetables, multivitamins

    (Optional) Meal 6:
    Shake, mixed vegetables

    Generally I try to meet the following each day, to maintain variety
    1-2 gallons of water
    ½-1 gallon of skim milk
    6 servings of vegetables (2 servings each time they are listed)
    4-6 servings of fruit (2 servings in each shake)
    2 multivitamins
    1 serving of chicken
    1 serving of tuna

    All ingredients are either whole-wheat, multi-grain, skim milk, baked, grilled or boiled.
    There are no fried or breaded foods.
    Neither butter nor salt should be added to any meal.
    Shakes include: skim milk, two scoops of powder, one egg, two servings of fruit like bananas and berries, and ice cream.
    i coach wrestling and i actually print that out for my kids- its simple. its hard enough to get them to eat right much less that 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp flax oil 8 oz water type diet


    oh and as for my power lifting split i do 10x10 with 5 minute breaks.
    i dont know my max on anything but i know my numbers for reps
    power clean day is just 100 cleans
    but bench day is like 4x10 bench 4x10 incline 2x10 decline or weighted dips

    by the end i was reppin 265 on cleans 405 on dead lift 315 on squat 265 flat bench 225 incline ?? decline


    i got hit by a car 5 days into pct broke every bone on the left side of my body now im stuck at home i only go out for physical therapy and im 160 pounds

    not just the drugs though, calories to the max, looottss of training 5+ hours a day on average and 10+ hours of sleep

    Yeah, my diet is one that has been working for me for years. When I am on a cycle I hardley ever eat a lot of carbs. All lean food.. The way I look at is this. I never do a bulking diet and eat a ton of to bloat up. I'd rather gain 15 to 20 pounds of muscle than 30 lbs and then loose some of that.
    I started a Cyp and Eq. cycle not to long ago. I had to get the gear in two halfs due to financial strain on my wallet. The first half was great gear. Nuts shrunk, got some acne, strength went through the roof and I put on at least 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. The second half was fake shit. My nuts dropped down and I noticed my strength went down too. I did not run a PCT because it was to late. Luckily my natural Test levels bounced right back and I was fine. Got my blood work and all that shit done and got a thumbs up from my doctor. I really lost nothing which was A. OK in my book.
