npp gave me sides like crazy even with caber/letro
prop/tren/masteron- started at 185 11% ten weeks later 220 7%
power lifting 5x week 2 hour sessions
mma 6x a week 1, 2 or 3 hour sessions
wrestling 2x a week 2 hour sessions
eating like a freakin pig probaby 6000k+ a day but all very lean/clean
this was my diet while on that
i coach wrestling and i actually print that out for my kids- its simple. its hard enough to get them to eat right much less that 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp flax oil 8 oz water type dietSample Diet
Meal 1 options:
Oatmeal and a shake, multivitamin,
Whole-grain pasta spaghetti, multivitamin
Whole-grain pasta chicken Alfredo, multivitamin
Raisin bran with skim milk and a shake, multivitamin
Meal 2 options:
Shake, Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread and mixed vegetables
Shake, Chicken Parmesan and whole-grain pasta and mixed vegetables
Shake, Spaghetti with 95/5 ground beef, or ground turkey and mixed vegetables
Meal 3 options:
Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread and mixed vegetables
Chicken Parmesan and whole-grain pasta and mixed vegetables
Spaghetti with 95/5 ground beef, or ground turkey and mixed vegetables
(Optional) Meal 4 options:
Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread and mixed vegetables
Chicken Parmesan and whole-grain pasta and mixed vegetables

Generally I try to meet the following each day, to maintain variety
1-2 gallons of water
½-1 gallon of skim milk
6 servings of vegetables (2 servings each time they are listed)
4-6 servings of fruit (2 servings in each shake)
2 multivitamins
1 serving of chicken
1 serving of tuna
All ingredients are either whole-wheat, multi-grain, skim milk, baked, grilled or boiled.
There are no fried or breaded foods.
Neither butter nor salt should be added to any meal.
Shakes include: skim milk, two scoops of powder, one egg, two servings of fruit like bananas and berries, and ice cream.
oh and as for my power lifting split i do 10x10 with 5 minute breaks.
i dont know my max on anything but i know my numbers for reps
power clean day is just 100 cleans
but bench day is like 4x10 bench 4x10 incline 2x10 decline or weighted dips
by the end i was reppin 265 on cleans 405 on dead lift 315 on squat 265 flat bench 225 incline ?? decline
i got hit by a car 5 days into pct broke every bone on the left side of my body now im stuck at home i only go out for physical therapy and im 160 pounds
