i ma 23 yo at 240 lbs not sure of bf right now and im 6 foot one inch, im not sure of my bmr i have protein at about 50g per meal(6 per day) i do cardio everymorning 6 days a week on an elliptical for 45 minutes with heart rate at 128-130 im not sure of the best cutting ratio and the break down on fat and carbs per meal
