    Question need help designing cutting diet

    i ma 23 yo at 240 lbs not sure of bf right now and im 6 foot one inch, im not sure of my bmr i have protein at about 50g per meal(6 per day) i do cardio everymorning 6 days a week on an elliptical for 45 minutes with heart rate at 128-130 im not sure of the best cutting ratio and the break down on fat and carbs per meal

    25grams carbs and 12.5 fat. That would put you about 2400 cals 50-25-25.

    or maybe do carb cycling....

    On days you don't work out, eat zero carbs. On your regular work out day eat 130 grams, 1st meal, preWO and PWO, 40grams each . One day a week, like leg day, eat 400.

    Pinnacle made a great post once on carb cycling. I have no idea where it is now.
