    I don't like it.
    Bi's and forearms?
Weds and thursday is screwed. You're tri's will be exhausted because of wed. Which means shoulder gains will be minimal.

    Why not:
    Mon- chest
    Tues-back
    Wed- calves and cardio
    Thur- Off
    Fri- Shoulders
    Sat- Legs
    Sun- Off

Of course arms don't matter right now. You want size. So go heavy and don't worry about the small parts. You can always adjust the workout.

Tell you what, when I want size, i just go M W F.

Do Bench, Rows, Squats, Military, Curls, and CG Bench every workout.

    Ex, Monday.
DB Bench 3x5, then finish chest with Incline Cable Flyes 1x20
Bent BB Rows 3x5, finish back with pullups 1x20
Leg Press 3x5, finish quads with Squats 1x20
Military Press 3x5, finish delts with side raises 1x20
BB Curls 3x5, finish with Rope hammer curls 1x20
Close grip bench 3x5, finish with pushdowns 1x20
Wrap things up with 5 sets of standing calves x 20
and maybe 3-4 sets of light shrugs.

I do this 3x per week when i'm lookin for size... always works for me. However, i do change the exercises up each day. The main thing is pick 1 compound movement you can go really heavy with, then finish it off with another movement for 20 or 30 reps.

    Hope that helps.

i personally do not like doing shoulders and chest next to each other in the week. tris and front delts will be pretty sore making the second day less effective. also i would suggest splitting back width and back thickness to different days. not many guys do that but i think it is one of the best things i've ever done with my workouts

A whole workout day dedicated to bi's and forearms is not what I would recommend.

It will work given you put triceps after shoulders not chest! Doing traps at the end of back day could also be a good plan.
