i figured my heart rate to be around 150 from using the calculating formula. i i'm 38 & havent done much cardio. just weight training. now in redards to the 150 number, if it gets higher, do i slow my pace down to get my heart rate closer to 150? do i keep the same pace regardless of my heart rate knowing the more cardio i do, my heart rate will eventually reduce on its own? hope this makes sense. i usually do an interval type program on an elyptical.
