I have been busy with moving and working?
And can only make it into the gym twice a week.
I try to keep active at work and at home, and hold a clean heathly diet, I am trying to lose fat and keep mass.
Now I have been taking clen, and lost about 15lbs in month and a half, I have done cardio 30mins a day, but for only twice a week, work is alot of walking so I probally lost some cals there.
Now I just came off a cycle, so I am not sure if that may be the water and some mass leaving.
Just TRYING to figure out why I have lost so much pounds in short time.

Eatting healther then I was when I was gaining.
But I plan on pump iron 5 days a week in 2 weeks, I have only been lazy for a month now, So PLEASE LET ME know what I may be losing.
And I am done with the roids and would like to get heathly and clean.

now 170
