every monday,wednsday, and friday i run 3-5 miles at an 8 minute pace. tue/thurs we do muscle failure with pullups, pushups and situps.
this along with the typical mon-fri weight routine with weekends off. minimum 3500 cals a day with 3 protien shakes.
any tips on trying to bulk while in the military? the above morning cardio is not optional.

I do have 2 bottles of each- mdrol/p plex/ spawn.
ill be at this training school for 5 months and plan to do an mdrol/pplex bulker then a solid mdrol bulker then cut down the last month with the spawn. along with all the proper ancilleries.
think 200lbs will be attainable in this time? feels like im waisting alot of muscle during all the morning cardio
