No fibrous veggies need to be avoided, eat as much as you want whether cutting or bulking.

I try and stay away from anything with fructose in it but I am in the minority it seems.

When cutting, I drop the fruit for the most part... Maybe and this is just maybe a banana or apple every once in a while if it fits in with my macros. Bulking, I eat a few pieces per day. Love your green veggies! They are always good!

When cutting I always have fruit on my refeed (carb up) day. 1/2 banana with my first meal, 1/2 banana w/ my pre workout meal, and 1 whole banana with my pwo meal. It helps with replenishing gylcogen stores.

I eat apples during any change to my composition.

broccoli and green peppers are my veggies of choice.

don't pass up the fiber, bioflavonoids, vitamins, and minerals that fruits and veggies can provide. If they are the only thing in your diet you think you need to tweak, you are absolutely good to go.

I'm a fan of beans, especially while bulking... Right now, I have small red beans just because they have the best macros, but pinto and black beans aresome other favorites as well

Fruit/Fructose is great if you want to replenish liver glycogen but a terrible choice replace muscle glycogen.

Personally a good low glycemic complex carb would still be my choice (sweet potatoe) or something dextrose based "if" you prefer something faster acting.

Good point, that's why I always have it in conjuction with a low GI carb (oats or sweet pot). That way I am replenishing liver and muscle glycogen.
