I am on 3rd week of 2nd cycle of Eq 200mg/ml + Sust 250 EOD. (12 week cycle)
My stats are 175pounds, 15% BF 27 yrs old.
A spinning studio has started in our gym recently. I was planning to do spinning twice a week. Do u think i should start it now or wait a few more weeks to start the same. Dont want to loose on the muscle and the effect of the cycle by beginning early. Half of me says twice a week is as good as cardio and half of me says dont do it so soon.
Please advice.
The spinning session would be 45 mins session each.
