    2cycle and spinning

    I am on 3rd week of 2nd cycle of Eq 200mg/ml + Sust 250 EOD. (12 week cycle)

    My stats are 175pounds, 15% BF 27 yrs old.

    A spinning studio has started in our gym recently. I was planning to do spinning twice a week. Do u think i should start it now or wait a few more weeks to start the same. Dont want to loose on the muscle and the effect of the cycle by beginning early. Half of me says twice a week is as good as cardio and half of me says dont do it so soon.

    Please advice.

    The spinning session would be 45 mins session each.

    are you cutting or bulking?
    i'm doing cardio 10-12x a week and not losing muscle without cycling, it depends on diet

    in my opinion - you can do the spin class just watch that your not going all out (80% heart rate or above) for the whole class... rev it up a few times shouldnt be a problem - stay 55 - 65% of you max hr. and as for your cycle make sure you eat enough calories to gain muscle weight, unless your cutting - i would eat right after the class either way- fyi

    You will be fine as long as your diet is not to restrictive on calories.

    Well I have around 1500-2000 calories every day. Have 200Grm protein in my diet. I aint in cutting. Wont be plannin cuttin in these 12 weeks. Plannint do do clen after teh PCT. Might just add winny in the last 4-6 weeks of the cycle. But as of now not cutting.

    Just started off bro. Just 2 weeks down. Did not even get a entire power gain.

    Also i dont believe in the concept of bulking and then cutting.

    I prefer to grow instead. Obviously on the lean muscle mass.

    That was the reason i choose Equi, slow and steady

    You're not going to grow anything on 1500-2000 calories a day. You need to eat, dude. Otherwise you're just throwing your money away.

    How many calories should i consume to stay lean throughout the cycle?

    first off are you running straight eq?

    let me explain something, AS have a really cool effect, lots actually but i'm going to focus on one, that increases a person's feed efficiency(the amount of nutrients the body can actually turn into muscle). this means that all things being equal, a person on AS can eat more than a person that not on and gain more muscle and less fat because there body is more efficient with regards to protein synthesis


    so go ahead and start eating, go for at least 3000-3500cal a day, and if you gain a little weight then so be it, fat is waaayyyy easier to lose than muscle is to gain

    i personally am not a big fan of high intensity cardio while on cycle ...and imo 2x week of that intensity (spinning) is too much.

    I agree. My doctor explained that while on AS, the heart acts like every other muscle in your body. He explained doing cardio while on AS works out the heart like you'd work out your other muscles, and the same thing happens...it gets bigger...and thats not a good thing.

    I disagree with you that heart gets bigger, as cardiac muscle is the only muscle which cannot grow in size.

    Secondly when on AS you need to do cardio so that your heart copes up well as your developing a lot of muscle and carrying it around suddenly.
