he's only just begun to work out, has no real diet, and is no where near ready for a cycle. if he begins a cycle in his present condition I'll be amazed if he doesn't injure himself. when we train we work our bodies as a whole, his joints and connective tissue are in no way ready for any additional muscle mass, and injuries associated with that would likely follow. even if he didn't hurt himself, his diet is drastically sub-par according to his stats, and he would not retain any gains. We can help by showing him how to work towards his goals in a responsible fashion, and he has yet to propose that.
