    High Intensity Cardio

    Hey Fellas,

Quick question on the cardio issue.

I am trying to cut 4% body fat right now.

My fitness goals are speed (at the top end) and athletic performance.

Stats: 25, 80k, ~13%bf, training 6 days a week with 5 including cardio and yes, I am doing my squats.

I am currently running 5k at a pace of about 4min/k and then hitting the weights.

For me, this is high intensity and I try to make it faster every time I hit the pavement.

Any help on simultaneously cutting and getting faster would be greatly appreciated.

When this 4% comes off, I am going on a cycle, but I'll leave that for another post

I agree with RickRick. Definitely do the cardio after the weights and keep it a low intensity to avoid going into a catabolic state.
