Hey brothers, I finished my last cycle 7-8 months ago at 222 13-14% from about 200 10% 6''3.. at peak I could bench 230 for 13, i had some personal issues, no gym access, not proper diet, I have been hitting a punchng bag 20 minutes and running 10 minutes though daily. anyway im back to about 205 10%, and hit the bench for first time in 3 months and got 180 for 15 which is almost 50 lbs off my max from before...I feel like a woman. I plan on cycling within few months but not until I improve my strength. other excercises (curls, mil press, etc.) fell off slightly but not nearly as much in proportion. How much more weight should i be able to add getting back into the swing of working out natural, how much can be attributed to rust, and how much due to no roids in system. I dont look much weaker than before either. lost about 15 lbs but im more cut now......thanks bros.
