at first glance, I see not enough meals. You should shoot for 6-8 meals, one every 3 hours you are awake. The reason you only see 4 meals is because the diet macro program i use only allows me to add 4 meals.... so all of that food is split up throughout the day at the times I have stated in post #4 on this thread. So basically I am eating every 3 hours I'm awake...
Breakfast, ditch the powder and add WHOLE FOOD proteins like eggs and egg whites I can do this.... the reason I don't is because I don't have much time in the mornings but I can figure it out as to where 5 whites + 1 egg and toast will be my first meal upon waking.... i will start doing that tomorrow.
Same with lunch, less than half a can of tuna?? hell eat one or two cans
actually lunch when tuna is eaten it's 1 can of tuna... this falls back to that damn macro program i use... i use it to help me keep track and focussed on my own eating and knowing if i need to add food (which it seems i do)
same with dinner,
just looks like not enough GOOD calories to grow .... you got to EAT EAT EAT !! I see no red meat or chicken....Have to eat good to grow large That was just 1 day of eating.... that isn't my everyday diet I have and follow....for example today I have a large pack of chicken breast strips grilled from costco I'm going to throw in some whole wheat tortillas with some pinto beans, the other night i had a 9oz fillet..... so i am eating other good sources of protein.
again, thats just a first glance...Phate is a good one to break down the entire diet
