First off thank you. Secondly tonight would be the end of my first week already. I didn't mention that yet. Now for the diet:
6:45AM: Protein shake (23g) & 4 eggs (3 egg whites, 1 w/yolk). Also, this is when I'll take 25mg of H-Drol, along with my Multi-Vit., B Complex, Fish Oil, & Saw Palmetto. (skip the shake and add more egg whites for your protein, and you need carbs here, like oatmeal)
9-9:30ishAM: Protein shake (17g) & Bagel w/cream cheese (fatty I know, but I love the stuff). ( again, you need real food here, save shake for PWO)
11:30AM-12ishPM: Can of tuna (JUST tuna. No mayo., honey mustard, etc...). Maybe I'll put it on some toast.
2-2:30ishPM: I'll snack on some fruit and maybe have a Hotpocket or something (whatever is around really) & I'll take the other 25mg of H-Drol now along with my Milk Thistle, L-Carnitine, L-Lysine, and Arginine. ( again, you need REAL food, not processed junk food if you want to grow)
5:00PM: Bowl of pasta with red sauce, and/or some meat (Steak or chicken mostly).
8-9:00ishPM: I'll end my day's diet with one more protein shake (17g or 23g) or bar (15g), whatever I'm in the mood for.
As for goals, I'm a High School Athlete. I want to be bigger, faster, stronger, and more aggressive.
