Well, getting ready to start my first cycle. I'm going to try to keep my journal very detailed. Hoping if there is someone similar in stats, situation, etc., it may offer some help? Anyway, I've come here off and on, for a period of 3 years or more, just reading what people had to say about a variety of things. I believe that I have done enough research to get my first one going.

Stats -
27 years old
5'7", 147lbs.
8% body fat

I would say my "normal" weight is around 126-129lbs. That is where I stay if I eat 2-3 meals a day. I have been on diet now for 7 months, eating a minimum of 3800 calories a day, 4600 if I can get the time. I have NEVER been over 150 lbs., no matter what I eat, or how I train. I did 6000 calories a day, for 7 weeks, all while lifting 6 days/week. Could not break 150. I stay very lean, thank my genes, and have a visible six pack when I do nothing, and eat like sh*t. Anyway, I have lifted off and on for 6 years. The ON's have been longer then the OFF's, but work schedule dictates. That being said, I am an ironworker, and climbing 30 ft. columns all day isn't exactly being sentient.

Days:8-13 Test 250 mg/Wk (6 days)
Clomid 50mgs/day
Days:14-18 Test 250 mg/Wk (5 days)
Deca 200mg/full week
Clomid 50mg/day
Days:19-49 Test 250 mg/every 5 days
Deca 200mg/full week
Clomid 50mg/day until week 6, then to 100mg
Nolva starts on week 6, 40 mg a day
Days:50-55 Test 250 mg/wk (6 days)
Deca 200mg/full week
Clomid 100 mg/day
Nolva 40 mg/day
Days:56-63 Test 250 mg/wk
Deca 200mg/full week
Clomid 50mg/day
Nolva 20mg/day
Days:64-70 Test 250/wk
Deca 200mg/full week
Clomid 50mg/day
Nolva 20mg/day

Continue PCT of Clomid and Nolva for an additional 2 weeks, following the days 64-70 dosage.
