    T-minus 7 days

    Well, getting ready to start my first cycle. I'm going to try to keep my journal very detailed. Hoping if there is someone similar in stats, situation, etc., it may offer some help? Anyway, I've come here off and on, for a period of 3 years or more, just reading what people had to say about a variety of things. I believe that I have done enough research to get my first one going.

    Stats -
    27 years old
    5'7", 147lbs.
    8% body fat

    I would say my "normal" weight is around 126-129lbs. That is where I stay if I eat 2-3 meals a day. I have been on diet now for 7 months, eating a minimum of 3800 calories a day, 4600 if I can get the time. I have NEVER been over 150 lbs., no matter what I eat, or how I train. I did 6000 calories a day, for 7 weeks, all while lifting 6 days/week. Could not break 150. I stay very lean, thank my genes, and have a visible six pack when I do nothing, and eat like sh*t. Anyway, I have lifted off and on for 6 years. The ON's have been longer then the OFF's, but work schedule dictates. That being said, I am an ironworker, and climbing 30 ft. columns all day isn't exactly being sentient.

    To the cycle: I have based this from two areas, guys I know personally, and info found here.

    Pre-Cycle:
    Days 13-0: Clomid 50mg/day

    Cycle:
    Days:1-7 Test Cyp 250mg/Week
    Clomid 50mgs/day
    Days:8-13 Test 250 mg/Wk (6 days)
    Clomid 50mgs/day
    Days:14-18 Test 250 mg/Wk (5 days)
    Deca 200mg/full week
    Clomid 50mg/day
    Days:19-49 Test 250 mg/every 5 days
    Deca 200mg/full week
    Clomid 50mg/day until week 6, then to 100mg
    Nolva starts on week 6, 40 mg a day
    Days:50-55 Test 250 mg/wk (6 days)
    Deca 200mg/full week
    Clomid 100 mg/day
    Nolva 40 mg/day
    Days:56-63 Test 250 mg/wk
    Deca 200mg/full week
    Clomid 50mg/day
    Nolva 20mg/day
    Days:64-70 Test 250/wk
    Deca 200mg/full week
    Clomid 50mg/day
    Nolva 20mg/day

    Continue PCT of Clomid and Nolva for an additional 2 weeks, following the days 64-70 dosage.

    also extend your cycle by atleast 3 weeks..5 weeks preferably..u can still get ok results from what you are using as a cycle..but personally i would up dosage to about 500mgs a week..400minimum...

    and split ur Test Cyp shots..even if your doing 250mgs a week..125mg ..2shots a week..

    Umm also quit taking clomid..its not necessary till pct.. only use nolva if you are getting signs of gyno...start at 20mgs a day..if persists after a week..up dosage to 40mgs a day

    sorry I didnt write this all in one post.. but i keep catching stuff i should have written...lolz...ill put it simple

    Week 1-12 test 500mgs a week 2shots a week
    Week 1-11 Deca 400mgs a week 300mg atleast...can be shot once a week if you like

    Clomid/nolva pct starts 2 weeks after your last shot of Test cyp

    Thanks for the help man...I appreciate it. In the newbie starter guide (i believe) there was a post from a guy who stated this was a good idea, sort of preemptive I guess? That's where the idea came from? Just diff. opinions I guess?

    i personally don't see a reason to hafta do a precycle with clomid..
    So are you planning on running your cycle the same? or differently?

    Pointless to pre cycle clomid.

    Run your gear simple.

    Week 1-12 test Cyp
    shoot mon/thursday

    use Clomid and Nolva for your PCT.

    don't even run the Deca, wait till your down the road a bit and know how your body responds..

    no need for deca in your first cycle

    best to limit first cycle to test only so you know what is doing what to your body

    Ok, I'll drop the pre-cycle clomid, and also drop the deca on this first run through. It makes complete sense to only expose myself to one substance at a time. So, if I drop the deca, should I alter my test freq. or dosage? I was going to pyramid the cycle a bit, as I only have one vial of Test 250mg. (which lead to the 10 weeks in length) And as much as I can, have searched for another source, coming up empty.

    Well glad your dropping the precycle.. and only doing Test..which is plenty for a first cycle..also you can see how your body reacts to it, and know exactly which compound is causing it.

    Your really should get another bottle...atleast 2.. and run 10 weeks minimum with Test enanthate..it won't even kick in till week 4 or 5.

    You need a better base before taking any hormones.

    Try creatine to get out of your slump, while you fix your entire training/nutrition protocol.

    You should be heavier considering you have been training off & on for 6 years... It's clear you are doing things very wrong, or you have a medical condition keeping you so light... I would guess with the first from what I can see from this thread.

    I'm healthy as an Ox! I've been told my Dr.'s that I just have a super high metabolism. No B/S, I could eat tubs of ice cream and double 1/4 punders for 2 weeks, and aside from feeling like garbage, you would notice little, if any difference in my size, fat amount, etc.

    My normal supp. intake is normally, creatine (via CellTech), BCAA's, Glutamine, Flax Seed, and *****-3.

    I would agree with you, that by anyone's standards I would be in-shape, I'm just a little hungry for maybe 15 to 20 more lbs of lean mass. Ending weight of 165-170 would be awesome. (I mean period, not at the end of this cycle)3

    Again, thanks for the wisdom fellas.

    Edit: Truck, as for nutrition...I stick with the staples: Chicken, Rice, Fish, whole grain everything, weight gainer shakes, oatmeal and peanut butter. And I eat good traditionally...not just for lifting, only add on more for that purpose.

    Get one more bottle of test before you do your cycle. Take two shots a week until it's gone and start you clomid/nolvadex 10-14 days after your last injection. Simple as that.
