Escalating density training. I have read up on it I just don't understand how to put it to practice. I was watching some of the kids at the NFL scouting combine doing it and IDK how to build a routine. To work on there 225 for reps. one of the WR was doing 135lbs for 50sets of 2 reps with short rest in between. This part I get use much lighter weight for few reps but cut your rest time down. What I don't get is how much weight%of 1rm, how to figure rest between sets, how many sets etc. Anyone familiar with this type of training?
