    Cardio

    Hey guys, 24 yrs old and currently off cycle. Weight of 195 lbs. How much cardio should I be doing a week without having to worry about cutting into muscle and strength?....Thanks

    under 45min x 4 days a weeks.. kinda matter to your bf and goals too

    Depends on your goals....Body Fat % and height??? Give us a little more info and the diet boys will be here shortly!!

    195lbs says nothing... Could be skinny at 6'5 or fat at 5'5.........
