Ok my first cycle, and with deca

Ok im about to jump on my first cycle, and i already made my mind up that i want to go with deca. Im 24 years old 5'11 at 200 lbs. When i was 19 i bought a cycle of decabol 250 **. It was the real deal but i never ended up takaing it bcuz i was to scared. Not just bcuz its steroid, but it also did not have the expiration date on it, it seemed like it was rubbed off. I never got my money back just took it as a lose. Good thing though i dint take it bcuz i would of just ran it by its self with no test or PCT. At that time I didnt realy know about anything about steroids or that i had to take anything with it, so it kinda just worked out good for me by not taking it. But im 24 now and been wanting to take something forever. Iv done all the reading i could take for rite now. i say about to years worth of the same itsh.
Iv decided to take deca with test for a 12 week cycle. The only thing thats bothering me now is how should i do my PCT? every time i look it up every1 has there own way and diffrent stuff. I was thinking of taking both nolvadex and clomid. I know the PCT starts 2 weeks after the last shot but do i start both of them at the same time? bcuz iv herd of taking the nolvadex during the cycle. if so when do i start it and at how much and how long. the same with the clomid?

To weeks after start PCT

The only thing thats bothering me now is how should i do my PCT? every time i look it up every1 has there own way and diffrent stuff. I was thinking of taking both nolvadex and clomid. I know the PCT starts 2 weeks after the last shot but do i start both nolvadex and clomid at the same time? bcuz iv herd of taking the nolvadex during the cycle. if so when do i start it and at how much and how long. the same with the clomid?

Note that i havent started bcuz im actully still looking for the Nolvadex and the clomid. i wont dare start with out a PCT on hand

First cycle you should only run Test, read a bit more bro
Plus, I would run the test 500 a week split in two shots. 3.5 days

May want to lose the deca for your first run. If you decide not to, you need to run your test 2 weeks longer than the deca. I would also up the test to atleast 500mg/wk, so it would look something like this.

Week 1-12: Test E 500mg
Week 1-10 Deca

PCT should be started 14 days after your last injection

they take it during the cycle when they feel that they have started developing gyno or starting to feel itchy nipples.

I've seen dumber 1st cycles.

Here are the things to keep in mind. Keep to schedule. Diet, rest, injection frequency.

If you choose, say Monday, Thursday stick too it. Keep your diet high in cals and protein.

As everybody knows I love Proviron. Use 25-50mg ED + Nolvadex 10mg ED as nescessary. It might not be needed for you. Not everybody has the same estrogen conversion, that, say I do.

Remember this is all an experiment. It's on yourself but you should be able to chart it and see where it needs tweeking.

That is a good second cycle. doing test only helps you narrow down what may be causing any side effects. adding compounds in subsequent cycles would keep you on top of it.

you need to know what is doing what to your body, both good and bad so you LEARN and can build off that knowledge since this is the ONLY body you have !!!

24yrs 5'11 at 200bls body fat around 15%...
lets say i do drop the deca, witch i dont really want to. do i still do the rest of cycle the same. Test e at 500 a week for 12 weeks and then pct 2 weeks after that same clomid and nolvadex?

Drop the deca for sure, using two compounds in your first cycle is not really the thing to do, you may experience sides and how will you know which compound is producing them? deca can have some bad sides which can be very demanding and personally you shouldn't use it on your first run, every post as told you the same so take the advice you will be better off for it.

500mgs per wk for 10-12 weeks will be fine if you have built a good solid base from yrs pf training and your diet is in order

Nolva + Clomid 2 weeks after last shot should be good for test e only. I was in the same boat during my first cycle. I had budies telling me to add deca to my cycle but went against it. Just test e only and actually liked it so much I'm currently doing the same thing right now for the 2nd. The 3rd one I will run deca as so far things have gone good. I would take the advice of the posters. Best of luck!

Start PCT 2weeks after last shot, there are loads of PCT protocols to try in the PCT section, but Nolva should be fine with just test only and some hcg for good measure in the 2 week waiting period

OK imma go with just Test E for 12 weeks, and then start my PCT of Nolvadex 2 weeks after last shot. .. Oh Im gonna look for the HCG but if i do find it, when should i start and end?
