    How long on average would you say it takes to finish your workout?

    without adding in cardio, no more than an hour

    if you can't get a full workout in under an hour, you are talking too much .....lol

    I usually only take 30-45 mins not including cardio but I dont rest alot between sets.

    hour for just weights

    50-75 minutes. Mine are ussually a little longer than most because i do abs every day for tone and don't use weights at all so it takes about 10 minutes just to do that.

    45mins to an hour pending body part, if i train well that is all i can do effectively due to muscle falure
