20-30 minutes of HIIT twice per week should be suffice

PWO 20-30 mins low intensity 2-3 per week
I would do as little as possible as long as my bodyfat was under a predetermined number. Then again I would never do a bulk cycle either.
How much do you weigh? Whats your BF%? What kind of training program are you doing? What are your goals?

Little to none here. My workouts are intense enough to keep me in healthy cardio condition.
Diet and body fat% play a big part in results.I find that twice a week after work out is good for me
