So, are you bulking or cutting? It seems you are trying to do both at the same time.
You CANNOT bulk and cut at the same time. Let me rephrase, it is possible, but to get the gains you are after, it is best to bulk (without worrying too much about body fat gain, however you shouldn't be eating dirty) and gain a lot of mass, THEN cut later on.
Depending on how hard of a gainer you are, cardio should be kept to around 3 times a week 30-45 mins low intensity during a cycle, to keep fat gain to a minimal. Some would argue more, and some would argue less, but you should find the amount of cardio that is good for you.
