Ive been training hard for a while now 6 months straight trying to gain weight and size but my weight is going up and my strength but i dont feel any bigger let alone look it...i have a great bulking diet got it off of here and am taking creatine and protien...
Monday - chest - bench, cable cross over, incline bench, pec deck, flys
Tuesday - Back and shoulders, low rows, deadlifts, lat pulldowns, one arm cable raises, military press, upright row, shrugs, front and rear raises
Wednesday - off
thursday - bi's and tri's, preachers curl, barbell curls, hammer curls, concentration curls, push downs, skull crushers, kickbacks, rope pull downs
Friday - legs, squats, calf raises, leg curls and extentions
Saturday - off
Sunday - light cardio and abs
i know i have to be doing something wrong here since getting my diet straight i have gained about 10 to 12 lbs...just dont look it...has this happened to any one
