    Dumb Question

    I've been reading and researching as much as i can but still can find the answers I'm looking for. I'm hoping someone can explain to me in layman's terms please. This will be my second cycle; My first cycle wasn't really a cycle, no pct just blind madness. Im 31yrs 185lbs presently. My question is.. I have four 10ml vials, two are test cyp 300mg/ml, one test enth 250mg/ml, and one tren acetate 100mg/ml is that enough to do a cycle? what would be the correct way cycle with these? Could someone please also explain, for example what 300mg/ml means. And finally if I do have enough gear, can someone be patient enough to give me a cycle in cc's. I tried to search these questions on this site with no luck so now I'm asking you guy's for help. Again I apologize if these are really retarded questions.

    ^x2 on that. In additon, you don't have enough tren. You do however have more than enough test.

    My question is how does someone come across a certain amount of vials without even knowing what they have or how they work or what to do with them???

    did somebody just drop off a bag to you and you found that stuff inside??

    NO, you do not have enough to do a CORRECT cycle.

    You don't have Nolvadex
    you dont' have Clomid
    You don't hvae an AI
    You dont' have HCG

    Your first cycle, and you certainly sholdnt be doing TREN at all but you don't have enough of that for more than a few weeks at best

    How tall are you

    what is your bodyfat %

    what are your goals in using these vials

    What is your diet like

    You need to know and understand what you are about to put in your body...BEFORE you acquire vials

    Thank for the reply, I'm not going to start any cycle until all my research is done. I promise you guy's that, I wanna do it right this time. So how much more tren do I need? Can anyone answer my questions though please and thank you. I'm honestly gonna write this shit down.

    300mg/ml is the concentration per ml

    for example, the number 1 on the syringe is 1ml, so if the syrige were filled up to the number 1, you would have 300mg/ml, if it were filled up to the number 2, itd be 600mg

    This is his second cycle. The first time I did a cycle, I bought two bottles of test from a guy at the gym and wasn't sure exactly how to take it. After I got the stuff I asked someone I trusted for help.

    (alot of what T mos said) and you dont need to worry about getting tren man, you re not ready for tren IMO

    you DO need to get nolva, clomid and an AI

    PCT= Post Cylce Therapy, therefore at the end of your cycle

    well not necessarily at the end of your cycle exactly, but sometime after depending on the ester of the compounds

    Okay got your question, I have alot of friend that have done it with great success, they all seem healthy to me, and most of all I trust them. Like I said before I had an opportunity to get some so i did, considering where i live it's hard to get. What's so wrong with that I don't understand.

    I think they are acting more parent/big brother like. They want to make sure you know what your doing/putting in you.

    Okay I'm 6'3 and 185lbs, 9% bodyfat, . How much calories would I need to achive 220lbs. I handle diet soon with more research of course, Is it possilbe with the gear I have now to achive this. And I now diet is a major part of course.

    35lbs is asking for a lot, may take u a little longer than what u are expecting

    like you said, diet is the key

    at 6'3 you should already be over 200 with a solid diet

    Not trying to be cold here man, just trying to get the facts so we can better advise you

    this is the internet, if I dont' have a complete picture of you and what you do , eat , train, ect....how can I tell you what cycle to do, or not to do

    we need the information to give you educated informed advice

    I'll go ahead and ask this:

    How long have you been weight training? I only ask this due to your low weight to hieght ratio. You don't want to jump into roids w/o a solid history of weight lifting, since your ligaments/tendons will not be developed enough to handle the muscle gains.

    Just a bit of advice from a relative newcomer to the AS world, but a ~10 yr history of weight lifting.

    see, now here is the thing. at 6'3 and ONLY 185, that tells me DIET is your problem (this is why we need all the info on you)

    steroids will help you gain, then you will lose everything you gained because you do not know how to eat right yet

    you friends may look or seem healthy, but you don't know what is really going on inside them and what they will look like 6 months after they are done

    If you can't eat NOW to get to your natural potential of about 230-240, then you probably will not be able to gain well off of steroids

    SO, diet is your first area to improve,

    sorry if this isn't what you want to hear, but you come to the best, so you get the best advice

    if you just want someone to tell you to go ahead and do steroids, then you came to the wrong place, as we are here to make sure you do this the safest and healthiest way possible

    if you want to do it safely, then we are here to help

    Damn, are you serious? 200lbs natural? Now that would be a dream come true bro. Okay here one for you, I mentioned earlier I did a mess up cycle before right? How come I started 170lbs went up to 200lbs but came down to where I'm at now at 185lbs, what happen there?

    You don't really get to keep ALL of your gains when you are not on a cycle.

    1) your natural test lvls kinda limit the amount of muscle you can keep on your body.

    2) as you said you did not PCT, your test lvls were extremely low for a while after your cycle. So your muscle loss was kinda high due to improper cycle/pct.

    I'm honestly embarrassed my diet is terrible, your right, today i learned that steroids are useless without the proper diet. I forgot to metion I was a semi professional sprinter so I've been training weight training scince i was 14yrs. Now I would love to become a bodybuilder, thanks for your reply's, I'll be heading for the nutrition section, and I'm going to post pictures and progress. Again thank you brother's for your honest advice, and look out Ronnie coleman lol no seriously.

    Hey T I apologize for making you repeat yourself bro. I know your going to jump on me for this and I deseve it but I just dont know how to fix it. okay her it goes I'm lucky if I eat three times a day. I never really been a big eater growing up. when i do eat there is no set portion, I eat till I'm full and I wont be hungry for a least six hours. How can I train my body to eat 6 to 7 times a day?

    I am not here to JUMP on you, just get you to see how to get to your goals

    so, the way you are going about it, you already know doesn't work

    When I needed to start eating 6 times a day, i had set my watch to countdown every 2.5 hours

    the thing is , if you want this, then you need to find what works for you

    there is a diet section here with sample diets, you can go about doing things the way you are doing them, but you know the results won't last and you could screw up your body for life

    start small
    believe it or not, it will take about two weeks, then your body will actually start getting hungry every 2-3 hours.....
