    Oh I also notice after awhile I had no motivation, to go to gym and took time off is that due also to poor pct

    I'm honestly embarrassed my diet is terrible, your right, today i learned that steroids are useless without the proper diet. I forgot to metion I was a semi professional sprinter so I've been training weight training scince i was 14yrs. Now I would love to become a bodybuilder, thanks for your reply's, I'll be heading for the nutrition section, and I'm going to post pictures and progress. Again thank you brother's for your honest advice, and look out Ronnie coleman lol no seriously.

    YEP, and your friends are gonna experience the same results.


    Steroids are NOT magic pills you just take and get BIG and LEAN... there is SO much more you need to do, starting with being disciplined with your LIFE, DIET, TRAINING,REST

    Still waiting for your typical days food intake...

    you need to read these posts and answer everything BEFORE you continue to ask questions, I HATE repeating myself especially when I have to type it

    Hey T I apologize for making you repeat yourself bro. I know your going to jump on me for this and I deseve it but I just dont know how to fix it. okay her it goes I'm lucky if I eat three times a day. I never really been a big eater growing up. when i do eat there is no set portion, I eat till I'm full and I wont be hungry for a least six hours. How can I train my body to eat 6 to 7 times a day?

    I am not here to JUMP on you, just get you to see how to get to your goals

    so, the way you are going about it, you already know doesn't work

    When I needed to start eating 6 times a day, i had set my watch to countdown every 2.5 hours

    the thing is , if you want this, then you need to find what works for you

    there is a diet section here with sample diets, you can go about doing things the way you are doing them, but you know the results won't last and you could screw up your body for life

    start small
    believe it or not, it will take about two weeks, then your body will actually start getting hungry every 2-3 hours.....
