I currently do workouts 5 times a week which consists of :
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
I really dont know what to do for abs and how many times I should do it a week. Same goes for cardio; I am going to start HIIT Training - 1min walk then 1min sprint for 20-30 mins - how often should I do that a week ? I just need to know when to fit them both in and also for cardio - morning or after routine ?
