Im a 23 yr old female, 5'5, 120lbs 23%bf. my workout is:
monday - chest & tricep, 30min cardio
triceps are going to be fatigued after chest workout but ok
tuesday - legs and abs, 30min cardio
ok
wednesday - back and bicep, 30 min cardio
biceps will be fatigued after back
thursday - shoulders, legs & abs, 30min cardio
add break here or after wed
friday - upper & lower body super setting for 45min, 30 min cardio
what does this consist of
saturday - cardio & abs
ok
sunday - OFF
GOALS: lose my baby fat and get a toned body with a flat stomach. Im on a strict diet which i took off
