What excercise do you guys like to stretch out the peak of your biceps. Right now my peaks are pretty good, about where i want them. now, i just wanna make the peak longer if that makes any sense. I tried hammer curls, but they seemed to work more of my forearm rather than stretching my bicep. Right now i'm doing Gorilla hammer curls and they have been working pretty good. Just wanted to try some new excercises tho. Thanks guys...
