So basically i need to know your opinions and a goor creatine and protein combination.
These would be the basic supplements for training, right?
I am only taking creatine at the moment, its just called "Bio-Tech Nutrition", dont know if you heard of it :S
My aunty has offered to get me some protein for Christmas, great present idea BTW, and i am wondering what she could get me.
I hear ON is great, but what about a creatine?
