Minimum time between shots in the same muscle

Hey guys, i was wondering what the minimum amount of time is before you can inject the same site again? Obviously, the longer you leave it the better.
I'm injecting glutes, the last jab in my R glute was Sat morning, i am due for another jab in my R glute tommorrow, which is Wed. Is this long enough?(jabbed L glute already Mon, so this is out of the question)

The only other option is quads.. and it's not really an option :/ the cork is too painful. Glutes is the only site i can tolerate the cork.

There are no hard and fast rules for injection frequency into any muscle group. But it's best to rotate sites.

Here is a sample of injection site rotation:
    R Glute
    L Glute
    R Quad
    L Quad
    R Delt
    L Delt
    R Calf
    L Calf
    etc.

If you can't tolerate injections into other sites then you are using the wrong pin for that site.

Glutes is normally 23g 1-1/2 inch
Every other site can be hit with 25g 1 inch you should not feel much of any pain with that gauge. 25g goes in like butter.

And by the way, what on earth is the cork?

If rotating all of the sites was an option i would be. Delts i can't jab, i'm a laborer by trade and i use my shoulders to carry gear. When i jab quads, i can barely walk for the following 2-4days. Calves i'm guessing would be the same.

So i'm left with glutes. If i really can't hit the same spot twice in 5 days, then it's going to have to be a quad every couple of weeks, but limping around the work site sounds kinda sh*t. I'm using a 23 pin at the moment. They are all i have lol

The cork is the pain after the injection, feels like when you get punched in the arm. It's what aussies call a cork.

I would think after 2-3 injections into your quad it wouldn't get so sore... Each of my quads hurt like hell for 2-3 days after the first time I pinned there but after that the soreness was very minimal and I can run and everything just fine. Try massaging the area right after you pin it.

from SAT to WED should be plenty time. You could always INJECT left side WED and right side SAT.

I have sometimes shot the same muscle 3 times in a week and never had an issue... but then again everyone absorbs compounds at a different rate... i think...

I dont do that often but I have... I try and limit it to ONCE PER SITE PER WEEK...

THERE ARE PLENTY OF SPOTS TO INJECT IN SO IT'S NOT LIKE YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO DO YOUR RIGHT GLUTE BECAUSE IT'S EASIEST....

I agree. I get used to it after about the second pin in an area. I alterante as well but for some reason I like quads best. Guess its just that I can see what I'm doing well. Delts are a bit sore a day or so after but nothing you cant work with.

First few times I injected into my quads I was crippled for the next day or so... until I started pushing the test through the syringe very very slowly. Never feel any pain what so ever...

Thanks for all the feedback fellas. I ended up jabbing R glute, no probs. Although when i put the pin in and first aspirated there was no blood, so i went ahead and inj. When i had finished inj all the gear, i usually aspirate again to make sure i didn't hit anything, and there was a tiny bit of blood. Not sure what happened, i am still a bit of a noob inj though.

I think i will have to start incorporating atleast one quad a week into my rotation. I need to get some new pins first though, and some oil!
