    A few questions

    Is it ok to switch up my workout times? Sometimes I will workout at 1pm, sometimes 7pm, sometimes 9pm... I have an odd schedule because of school, work, and some other things.

    Should I be taking creatine with my mass gainer for better results?

    If I am trying to gain mass, should I be doing a little cardio as well?

    of course cardio, i think you should check out alot of threads it seems liek you are unsure of basic exericse.
