bump.
I always do them behind my head but I dont know if its 'the right way.'
they are just trying to prevent shoulder injury. behind the head puts more stress on it.
it pinches your super spinatus in between your chromium & humerous ( did i spell all that shit right ?? )
Used to do them always to the front. Think of them as doing a wide grip pullup, heck ditch them and do wide grip pullups instead. I like to start my back workout out with 6 sets of 10.
im not strong enough yet to do sets of wide grip pull ups yet.. too much excess fat i cant throw around yet. hehe
That's cool, heck I think I started out doing like 3 sets of 6 and then just progressed. I need to get one of those belts so I can attach some weight.
You will be amazed at how fast you can get the sets and reps up, plus it sure feels great the next day. Good Luck.
Yeah, im gunna start doing more normal pull ups, easy to keep track of progress...
