It all depends on what type of routine you are doing.
I am doing 1 body part or 2 a workout do you think i need to do more ???![]()
You are 23, 5'11, 185 lbs (12 percent BF), about 4 cycles under your training belt, and been at it 6 years now?
Is 4 days all you can give? What do you want to do? Strength, hypertophy, endurance, sport specific? You need to give more details.
It all depends on your goal and what works best for you. I have had excellent results from all sorts of routines: 2 days a week, 3 days a week, 4 days a week, 5 days a week.
