right now im doing a five day spilt im looking to gain size and strength and not wast my workouts im going to start my gear in about a month straight T/eth 12 weeks
my split right now is i also do 10 min cardio warmup daily
day 1/ back & lower back
day 2/ chest & calfs
day 3/ rest + cardio
day 4/ arms
day 5/ legs
day 6/shoulders
day 7/ cardio - rest
im thinking of switching to a four day with work i dont seam to get enought rest and then my diet gets all F'ed up
day 1/ chest and bi's
day2/ legs including calfs
day3/ cardio
day/4 shoulders and tri's
day/5 back including lower back
day/ 6 & 7off cardio
or
day 1 chest bi
day 2 off cardio
day 3 legs
day 4 off cardio
day 5 shoulder and tri's
day 6 off cardio
day 7 back
day 8 off ----- nothing ZZZZZ
im looking for some input as traing science has change and i was out of the game for years im 39 yrs 6'4'' 255lbs
