    2nd cycle advice please

    Hi I'm new here and would appreciate any help from you vets thank you,I have been training for 2yrs consistent 4-5 days/week but only started training legs recently.My 1st cycle was almost a yr ago test cyp 400mg/week for 14 wks and winstrol orals100mg/day for 6wks near the end of the cycle. Pct was only nolva 20mg/day for 4 wks I gained about 30lbs only kept on about 10-15lbs of it I also did not diet properly when I was on the winstrol or while on pct.Thinking of goin to cycle in 1 month from now.

    my stats

    24yrs
    5'8
    173 lbs last week was 176 lbs but got sick
    13-14% bd fat

    my goals are to get to 185-190lbs with single digit bd fat from this 2nd cycle which I think will be for 12 wks long but only gonna start cardio after pct to get lean

    2nd cycle consist of

    test cyp 600mg/week (for 12wks)

    eq 600mg/week (12 wks)

    dbol 25mg/day (for the first 4 weeks to kick start the cycle)

    shots will be taken every 3.5 days so 2 times a wk

    PCT will be

    nolva 40/20/20/20mg (for 4 weeks)

    arimidex .5/.5/.5/.5mg (for 4 weeks)

    my diet will be

    400-450g of protien/day

    400-600g of carbs/day

    3200 calories/day

    multi vitamins

    EFA's

    thats with pwo shake in there,3 50g protien shakes/day

    My work out 2 days on,1 day off

    chest/tri's

    delts,traps/abs

    back/biceps

    legs/abs

    Then I want to run anavar 80-100mg/day for 6 weeks right after the pct any help will be appreciated thanks.

    so you started AS a year into training? why?

    bro i wouldn't advice to start a first cycle with these stats, much less a second
    my goals are to get to 185-190lbs with single digit bd fat from this 2nd cycle which I think will be for 12 wks long but only gonna start cardio after pct to get lean

    when are you going to start pct? and it's weak, needs work

    this makes no sense, you are saying that you will eat no fat whatsoever, not gonna happen bro, plus you put EFA's under this as part of your sups, diet needs work

    and no on the anavar, you need to research, btw, questions in bold^^^^

    Hi thanks for the feedback,I started AS 1yr into training cus just wanted to try it and also to get quicker gains simple as that,I know most of the ppl on here will say get to your natural limits 1st which I respect,I also didn't have the patience to wait any longer befor I used AS which I regret(to late now),but my goals are to only get to 185-190lbs with single digit bd fat(DO NOT WANT TO BE ANY BIGGER THAN THAT AT ALL!),I got up to 190-193lbs while during the 1st cycle but had to much body fat plus some of that was water weight.

    And for my stats what would you recommend then? cus I'm a pretty short guy at 5'8 173-176lbs with guessing 13% bd fat and thats a guess from asking some of my freinds around same height and weight who got there bd fat checked,plus my goals as I stated befor are to get to only 185-190lbs with single digit bd fat.

    Thanks for the advice on the eq I wasn't sure about that but I will run the cyp 1 week extra so cyp-13 wks eq-12wks(that helped alot)

    DIET-sorry thats a really rough layout of my diet,yes there will be fats in my diet,also there will be a cheatday once a week,and sorry for the efa's and whey protien I should of put it under supplements I'm still new to this stuff.

    PCT-As for this I will start pct 15 days after last shot of cyp ,do you think I need to add in a hcg didn't need it last time,or change the AI,or up the doses of the AI to 1mg/day,do u think 1 serms is not enough? should I also add clomid.

    VAR-Why not? yes I know its right after pct and a cycle,I thought I read that its least toxic to the liver then other orlas for what I want to do,and it doesn't shut you down? ,I just wanted to use it for when I change my diet and start doing cardio to cut fat so I don't lose as much muscle and maybe gain a lil bit cus prob only gonna keep maybe 10-15lbs off this next cycle right?

    your advice will be appreciated thanks.

    I will also intake more calories+protien as I am coming off the AS and shorten the length of my wrk outs to 45 mins per session during PCT but with same intensity do you think I can reach my goals after all that? any input is appreciated thanks again.

    i would like to see it in detail, write down EVERYTHING you eat tom and post, amounts as well

    nolva/clomid would work fine, nolva/clomid/aromasin would be even better

    no point in running anavar right after cycle as you need to give your body time to recover

    Your last pct was really weak. In order to keep more of your gains add in some clomid this time and keep an eye on your diet the entire cycle and pct.

    wow my diet is a lil bit diffrent everyday as I do not like to eat the same things everyday but I eat only 5 meals a day (might eat more on AS appetite will be increased)with 3 whey protien shakes through out the day I think I got the diet part down. every 8oz of beef,chicken,fish,pork is around 40-50g protien (I wiegh my food when I cook at hm)my shakes are 50g protien per serving,1000 calories,and about 100g carbs. so I'll prob be eating a lil bit more carbs than what I posted most of the crabs are cunsumed during the day and post wrk out but not the last two meals of the day will be eatin veggies with my protien intake(beef,chicken,fish ect.)its too hard to post diet for me as I eat out alot too.

    CHEATDAY-

    fastfood,icecream,cake,pizza ect.

    some times too lazy to cook or to tired from the gym so I dine out instead,also japanese food is a part of my weekly diet (about 1-3 times/week )gotta love that sashimi!!!!

    btw thanks Phate for the pct layout I'm gonna go with nolva/clomid,and aromasin if I can get my hands on it the aromasin that is.
