And for my stats what would you recommend then? cus I'm a pretty short guy at 5'8 173-176lbs with guessing 13% bd fat and thats a guess from asking some of my freinds around same height and weight who got there bd fat checked,plus my goals as I stated befor are to get to only 185-190lbs with single digit bd fat.

Thanks for the advice on the eq I wasn't sure about that but I will run the cyp 1 week extra so cyp-13 wks eq-12wks(that helped alot)
DIET-sorry thats a really rough layout of my diet,yes there will be fats in my diet,also there will be a cheatday once a week,and sorry for the efa's and whey protien I should of put it under supplements I'm still new to this stuff.

PCT-As for this I will start pct 15 days after last shot of cyp ,do you think I need to add in a hcg didn't need it last time,or change the AI,or up the doses of the AI to 1mg/day,do u think 1 serms is not enough? should I also add clomid.
nolva/clomid would work fine, nolva/clomid/aromasin would be even better
VAR-Why not? yes I know its right after pct and a cycle,I thought I read that its least toxic to the liver then other orlas for what I want to do,and it doesn't shut you down? ,I just wanted to use it for when I change my diet and start doing cardio to cut fat so I don't lose as much muscle and maybe gain a lil bit cus prob only gonna keep maybe 10-15lbs off this next cycle right?
