    Good diet

Hey, I'm looking for a good diet and training regime. I'm 23 years old, 80Kg and 5'10" tall. I think my body fat is somewhere between 20 and 25% but not sure. I'm fairly happy with my size, but want to tone up and not lose any size if thats possible?? Any help will be greatly appreciated guys :-)

there is a picture of me in this thread if that helps??

    Thanks

Just to give you a heads up there is no such thing as "toning." You are either, cutting, bulking, or maintaining.

yes, those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now that phate sent, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

ok guys I'm almost complete with my diet and workout regime!!

Just one question for anyone who knows!! I'm going to be cutting and I need a good whey protein to supplement my diet... I've heard people say certain ones are good and certain ones are shit but they all seem the same to me... what things should I be looking for to decide if its a good supplement??? Like I'm guessing creatine is a bad idea if I'm cutting as its full of carbs??

a good whey isolate should be fine, and creatine is fine, it's noncaloric, the reason alot of creatine supplements have sugar is that sugar helps with the absorption of creatine, but creatine monohydrate is non caloric

here are a good protein and creatine
