Hey, since iv just finished college for the summer i will now be able to concentrate a lot of my energy towards the gym. And as the summer is coming up i really wanna shape up the body and tone it a bit without losing size of course.
So basically my question is if i dont want to lose size and just tone the bulk im putting on, how much cardio would i need a week and for how long?
Also i know people say after training but im wondering how long for and would you take protein straight after doing some cardio and how much ab work would you advise?
