Eatrain calling eatrain are you there?

If you know the answer to this please answer and expand on the subject (anyone not just eatrairest).

If I want to focus on a lagging bodypart (upper and inner chest) do I work that bodypart first? I have been told before to work that part first then follow with the rest of the workout.

well the key to optimizing growth is switching up things periodically. with that being said, yes if you normally hafve been doing flat first, try starting out with incline and fool around with the degree of incline in which you feel to maximize your upper chest development. genetics obviously plays a huge role in how your chest will develop as well.

you could refer here to choose exercises from INNER AND UPPER chest categories as an idea.

I have been switching things up constantly but I can't get my upper chest to grow. Just wondering if I should hit that first to give it my full energy as I have not been fatigued yet. Or should I hit it last because then maybe my middle chest will be fatigued and therefore not be able to help as much. Any ideas?

yea id go incline first hit hit hard and heavy, for size i feel between 6-10 reps is sufficient, for strength 4 reps max.

also, try sticking with the same routine for 8-12 weeks so you could maximizze each exercise/routine instead of constantly switching things because this way youll never fully peak on a given exercise, by staying consistent and logging you can tell when you plateuad, etc. etc.

I stick with the same workouts but switch the order for about 5 weeks then redo everything. Don't log my shit yet. I should but it's too depressing. Right now trying to eat eat eat. I'm upwards of 4k calories a day easy now. About to go to the gym and wondering if I should hit incline first. And the answer is yea so off I go!
