Ive made not too bad gains in the past few weeks. maybe not as much as i thought i would cause of how hard im training. But honestly guys I work where im lifting furniture all day then do that in the gym, and most of the time I dont feel like going the gym cause i think its puttin so much stress on my body. But I think that its gonna make me grow. I feel if I do a much less workout Im not gonna gain anything.
    Thanks

I would cut that workload in half. How about a seperate day for chest and back and a seperate day for shoulders and legs as well with a couple days off mixed in.

i agree tottaly. we grow while at rest.youll recover from your workouts quicker and see better results if you just concentrate on one bp a day.good luck

If you are set on doing 4 exercises for both bi's and tri's I would cut down to 2-3 sets per expercise. 16 total sets (4 per exercise) is excessive.

i seen that on his website. i might try that. looks like a nice neat routine. see how i get on in a few weeks. just another question. do u guys always do slow and controlled movements? wen i do this i get a much better pump but its always on my mind that im not using heavy weight to be gaining. so i tend to cheat a little all the time
