The rest has devolped nice, had good comments on it, but I have had several ppl mention the lower chest seems to be lacking compared to upper and mid. I have heard alot of people say decline is a waste of time, that the other stuff with work lower just aswell, and some like it. I do it every now and then for a good muslce shock. Usual routine is:
Db flat presses
Db or Bb incline
Flies either Db or cable
1-2times a month ill do decline
Try and finish the routine with pushups or machine flat press, low reps all I can handle, to finish em off for the day.
