i think its too much whey i doubt you digest 3 scoops. dont liek carb sources for PWO either. stick to a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein and refeed 45 minutes later with whole foods. so like 50g carbs and 25g whey wtih a 45 minute complex carb low GI and protein source refeed..

this would be your refeed lol, although i would go 1 cup brown rice

this will do you no service as the whey will process throguh your system quickly. you need a slow digesting protein source like casein (if you want to supplemennt), or even better london broil. you see, your going to be in a fasted state of say 8 hours or so, so you need good slow digesting protein soruce to keep you as anabolic as possible!
Im trying to keep my diet lower in carbs but still keep the cals on the high side so that 1# I can loose a small amount of fat and two i dont bloat.
