I just feel like people over eat and eat way to many carbs! I have enouph fat in their to add in the cals I need and I have over 300g of protein...prob around 4000cals so at 180lbs It should be more then enouph to help me add lean size with out any fat gain.

I see alot of guy blow up but they look like shit because they are taking in 6000cals and 500g of carbs a day....doesnt make alot of sens to me.

If your body only needs 3500cals to put on size then why feed to 5000? so you can get fat? ther is a reason people put on fat and its over eating.

I did the math I need to take in 3600cals when bulking at my weight....I figure on sauce you need a few more cals because most of what you take in will be going into muscle building so I upped it to around 4000.

Yeah I dont mean to come off as a dick but its just what I think...honestly alot of guys over feed their bodies. When I first started bodybuilding I would "bulk" which I dont even beleve in any more because IMO there is no reason to go over 12% bf year round....its all about nutrient manipulation. I read alot of charles poliquin and john berardi's stuff and threw away all of my old thought on how things should be dont....IMO the whole eat massive amounts of carbs and cals is not the best way to do things at all!

The avg person burns 10 cals per lb of body weight a day if they wer to do nothing...just sit all day.

the avg athlete when bulking should take in around 20 cals per lb.

so me taking in 4000cals is around 25 cals per lb.

that should be more then enouph to make solid gains with no fat gain.
