hi guys ..am on the third week of var tbol cycle..doing weights 3 times a week(chest,should,tricep/legs/back biceps)have put on 3 kgs in 3 weeks to 77 kgs now..i quickly lose muscle when i do cardio..am 35yrs and thinking of adding cardio and swimming to my regime to strengthen my back and reduce bf%..my bf now is 16%..
dont know on what heart rate i should run on, to avoid muscle loss yet lose bf..i reach 150/160 very quickly while running and on the heaviest workouts my hrt is only upto 108/110(except legs ofcourse)
also is my workout schedule ok..
