    Work week - Opinion please

    M- Chest/bis

    T-Shoulders/traps/calves/abs

    W-OFF

    T-Back/tris

    F-Legs/abs

    S-OFF

    S-Abs/calves/cardio

    Trying to bulk up a bit. 6'3 195lbs at the moment. Taking in around 4,000 cals a day all clean.

    whites/oats
    chicken/ww pasta/broc
    pwo shake- whey/cup oats/banana
    chicken/sweet potata/broc
    red meat/ww pasta/broc
    cc/nat pb or cashews



    How do you feel about this week? Should it be changed? If so where?

    Thanks for any advice.

    also i'd like to add, currently laid off from work so activity level is very low. Almost bed rest low.

    Here's my workouts also if it may help

    Each exercise is done 3 sets 12-10-8 or failure. Always ending on failure on 3rd set.

    Chest
    Incline DB
    Incline DB flies
    Incline BB press
    Cable Cross or Dips

    Bis
    Standing curl bar
    DB curls
    Cable curls/hammer curls/preacher curls


    Shoulders
    Seated DB press
    Standing BB press
    Front raises
    Lateral Raises or Side raises

    Back
    Deads
    BB Rows
    Pull ups
    DB Rows or seated rows

    Tris
    Skull crushers
    dips
    rope or db extentions

    Legs
    Squats
    Stiff leg deads
    Leg press
    Leg extentions or Leg curls
