egg whites, apple, oats, fish oil ( i recommend to mega dose fish oil through out the day, studies are showing huge benefit from such) or whole eggs to get fats is what I have done in the morning. Not bacon and egg biscuits, sounds like you're eating McDonalds. lol
then have another whole meal with chicken, yams, and a veggie, I only suggest a shake PWO with a carb source. I benefited from a whey/waxy maize shake at one point both before and after the workouts. But generally overall I stuck to whey, oats and a banana PWO. These are the only times one should implement powdered sources, I however like whole meals prior to workout and personally red meat, yams, and salad. But since you don't do red meat, any other source will be just as good too

There are many options but we need to get you corrected and healthier on the diet before you begin.
Travel to the diet forum, read through the stickies up there. Diet is a drug too and can make incredible changes in ones body composition in a very short time
