    Thoughts on this deca cycle

    I work out at a small private country club gym... the only reason i am telling this is because i want to start a cycle... this will be my first cycle in almost 7 yrs, so i have some knowledge, but am looking for expertise. any way where i work out comes in to play because im normally the only one in there working out. the one person that i do run into from time to time is a SEC football ref. a few months ago we got to talking about cycles and to make a long story short this is what he recommended i take... could the fine folks at this site offer their opinions...

    AGE: 25
    HEIGHT: 5'11"
    WEIGHT: 181 lbs
    BODY FAT %: I am not positive... i have no love handles, no gut, ect... but not ******, hince the reason for wanting to take some gear
    DIET: I eat no red meat!!! Most days are as follows:
    Breakfast: 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and hashbrowns and water
    Lunch: 2 Muscle milk shakes
    Snack: 1 Whey protein shake
    Dinner: Meat (fish or grilled chicken) potatoes, a fruit, a vegie
    On saturday night ill eat whatever... so shoot me i splurge!!!
    YRS TRAINING: I have been working out for 10 yrs off and on, but 5 days a week for the last 18 months
    GOALS: My goal is to have a muscular body, not a bodybuilders, but ******. i would like to weigh around the 190-195 mark and increase my strength.
    Bench Now: 225 Goal: 250-275
    Single arm curl Now: 50 Goal: 60-65
    Squat Now: 345 Goal:400-430
    PCT Knowledge: Open for suggestions


    HERE IS THE CYCLE:
    WEEK DECA SUSTANON PROVIRON CLOMID
    1 200 mg 250 mg
    2 300 mg 250 mg
    3 300 mg 250 mg
    4 400 mg 500 mg 2 tabs/day
    5 400 mg 500 mg 2 tabs/day
    6 300 mg 250 mg 2 tabs/day
    7 300 mg 250 mg 2 tabs/day
    8 200 mg 250 mg 1 tabs/day
    9 1 tabs/day
    10 1 tabs/day

    DECA DURABOLIN 12 amps
    SUSTANON 10 amps
    PROVIRON 60 tabs
    CLOMID 21 tabs

    Any comments will be greatly appreciated!

    need more sust and put deca to the side for this one. id go 12 wks at 350 to 500mg/wk

    your diet is horrible my friend.

    Don't expect much from that cycle other than a bunch of bloat that'll come right off once PCT time arrives

    diet is NOT good at all....
    5'11 and ONLY 181 WITH love handles NOT GOOD especially after ONE cycle.

    I dont' recommend you cycle yet

    if you insist, then lay it out correctly SUST needs to be shot EOD
    you need a MUCH better grasp of PCT as clomid is NOT used during cycle and you need more then just clomid

    And I mean don't expect much CAUSE of the diet, not cause the drugs won't do anything. Sorry if that was not clear

    and chuckt that diet is poo for someone trying to get more muscle. Shakes are meant to supplement, hell I never used shakes the last 3 months of my offseason, and instead used egg whites PWO w/ oats and banana

    thanks for the comments. what changes should i make to my diet? and clomid is to be taken week 8 9 and 10 it goofed up the way i typed it when it posted it on the thread.
    So what sust cycle are yall recommending? i do not plan to starting a cycle for another 4 to 6 weeks, just wanting to know what is a good cycle for me.
    AS for PCT someone school me please.........

    TMOS iam 5'11" 181 with NO love handles and i have not juiced in almost 7 yrs

    my bad, sorry, i mis read that. my point is at 5'11 you should be able to get to and maintain a solid 200-210 lbs before needing steroids.

    Clomid is NOT used during ANY part of a cycle, it is USED POST cycle AFTER the compounds CLEAR your system
    with Sust that is 18 days after last injection

    Well first off I'd suggest to start eating more solid food and less junk food in the morning.

    egg whites, apple, oats, fish oil ( i recommend to mega dose fish oil through out the day, studies are showing huge benefit from such) or whole eggs to get fats is what I have done in the morning. Not bacon and egg biscuits, sounds like you're eating McDonalds. lol

    then have another whole meal with chicken, yams, and a veggie, I only suggest a shake PWO with a carb source. I benefited from a whey/waxy maize shake at one point both before and after the workouts. But generally overall I stuck to whey, oats and a banana PWO. These are the only times one should implement powdered sources, I however like whole meals prior to workout and personally red meat, yams, and salad. But since you don't do red meat, any other source will be just as good too



    waxy maize= powdered complex carb to add in with shake

    There are many options but we need to get you corrected and healthier on the diet before you begin.

    Travel to the diet forum, read through the stickies up there. Diet is a drug too and can make incredible changes in ones body composition in a very short time

    i have weighed with in 175 to 180 for the past 4 yrs... gaining weight has always been a problem... i could eat 7000 calories a day with fat and protein galore and never gain weight, my motabalism is through the 'effin roof!!! Gaining a solid 10 to 15 lbs and increasing my strength is my motivation to juice (among some more shallow reason... like my looks lol)
    But i really appreciate the comments so what about my diet... because it obvisiosly sucks donkey poo!!!
    AND TMOS thanks for setting me straight on the clomid... see joining this community fourm has already helped me alot!! (yes i know)

    You're selling yourself short my friend. I don't think the diet you have now is even close to 2500 cals and I doubt you have eaten 7000 cals and could not gain. If this were true you have a type of thyroid disorder that needs to be addressed. And gear WILL not do the trick and it would be dangerous for you to cycle if this was true. See saying that is not a good thing, it shows me that you shouldn't cycle and its dangerous cause you have some type of thyroid disorder

    I don't see any mention of carbs in your diet, you understand this is your bodies primary source of energy and should ACTUALLY be higher than your protein intake when trying to gain

    anyway

    Don't just eat eat more, you need to follow a diet routine. Do some more research as I don't hold hands. In my few years of this I have noticed dudes that say their eat eat eating or eating like a horse really aren't. Know how much protein/carbs/fats you are getting in everyday and where they are coming from because no matter what anyone thinks, no body does not respond to food no matter how 'outstanding' they believe their metabolism is. If you know what your intake is and have a solid workout routine your body has no choice BUT to grow.

    And by the way Mr. REED it is effin Jacks not Mickey D's!!! Hahaha just messin with you. i appreciate the insight. I work construction 6am to 3pm we take a 15 min break at 9 and then work staight through till 3 so the protein shakes for lunch came about because it is quick and fits in a cooler. i guess i need to quit being so lazy and bring a grilled chicken sandwich from home. i will diffently read the diet fourm and take into consideration what you post said. thanks again.

    Okay 7000 was an exaggeration... i guess i have never really consulted with anyone on my diet before, and i see that my diet is my first problem and changing it should be my first course of action. i will do some research and for the next week record and pay precise attention to my carb fat protein and calorie intake and where it is coming from. once again i appreciat the advice i have recieved so far amillion times over!!!

    haha yeah gotta ditch that

    and your excuse of construction is no use

    Why cause i did it this year and also worked in a restaurant for 5 hours most days after construction SO that means you'll have to wake up earlier to pack whole meals in a lunch container or cook all your meals prior. We do the same thing with breaks at 9 and that 15 minutes is more than enough to gobble down a chicken breast, yam, and some fish oil.

    Now the true question is, how bad you wanna get there???

    So i have st started a diet thread, since that is obvisiously where i need to get the most help at. Mr. REED thank you for your help and we can hold hands... awwwww! (lol) TMOS you helped too.... Damn anymore ass kissing and people will started asking me for advice on asskissing
