Do you guys think I should Do it a day and then miss a day, for recovery, or just hit it as much as possible.
A friend (not experienced in gym) also told me that it would make better sence to do full cardio on one day and then weights on a different day, what do you make of this?
I can feel the area above my nipples getting sore, but below the nipples its not that sore, and I think thats is a main area that I need to work at, would a declined bench press help with that area.
