    hi i know your arms wont look big at all unless your have big tri's any tips on building big one's????

    i train at home so press down's are out do you only do 3 exercises for tri's?

    mate my compute3r was running slow an i didn think it worked so ease up bit ay!!!!

    Well throw in close grip bench or french curls, or something lol

    I do 2-3 sets each. So anywhere from 6-9 reps for triceps depending on how I feel. Maybe a few drop sets here and there.

    well progress will have all to do with your diet, but my favorite exercises before i got tendonitis for tris were,

    straight dips
    overhead dumbells
    skull crushers

    but now that i have tendonitis i stay away from skull crushers/dumbells

    behind the head dubell presses,, reverse grip bench presses,, sitting down dips with 3- 45's on yer lap....

    I used to do skull crushers but dont do them as much since my mate dropped the weight on my head lol

    haha id rather that scenario then the one time my grimy friend sneezed on my face while in the middle of a set on the incline bench...

    Agreed, think about the exercise which you can perform correctly with the most weight for mass building..
