ive been training for many years now (7 years) i used to have quite a good physique and my fitness was ok...ive done a few bulking cycles well..2
but for the last year or so i havent been training at all,and ive been eating crap and smoking alot,,i was 13 1/2 stone..not sure about bf,but now im 16stone and 2 1/2 stone of that is fat!!!
when i was training i never really focused on cardio,just did 20mins easy for a warm up..as i didnt need to do it really as fitness wasnt my goal,but now all i want to do is lose all that bf and get fit..i started running for about 2 weeks now and i can do about a mile and im done!!(pathetic i know) i dont have acsess to a gym atm just a boxing bag,skipping rope some dumbels and the OUTDOORS..was just wondering if anyone could put me together a routine to kick start my fitness and fat loss off as when i go for a run like i said i run the mile and then have to walk back,and its doing my head in...
i was thinking about a clen or winstrol cycle but if i can do it naturally with a good routine nearly as quick id rather do it that way..
