Estimating How long it would take to gain 10lbs of muscle while cutting

I’m curious as to a crude estimation of how long it would take me to gain 10lbs of lean muscle mass on my body

    I am 24 years old.
I have a medium rate metabolism – I tend to gain weight (body fat)
I am however trying to cut.
Stats 260lbs – body fat about 28% (yes I know I am very over weight)
About 185lbs of lean tissue. I am 6ft tall.

Here is the diet and workout routine I am beginning to start
    Diet: about 2300 calories/day
250g/d protein, 200g/d of carbs and about 45g/day of fats
    (~40%protein, ~40% carbs, 20% fats)

    Supplements
L-Ornithine Alpha Keto Glutarate (OKG) 30g-40g PWO along with non-acidic apple juice
    8g/d CLA tonalin
    1.2g/d ALA
    5g/d Acetyl-L-Carnitine
    3g/d chromium picholionate
    1.5g/d green tea extract
    1g/d Cissus Quadralingus

    Exercise routine
    Cardio 45min/day, 6 d/week
    Lifting 6 d/week

    Chest
    Back
    Deltoids
    Triceps
    Biceps
Legs (toning, just burning fat off the legs)

    4 shakes/day
breakfast, 2hours prework out, post work out bedtime

When truly cutting you are doing you best to just keep all the muscle that you have . Normally you will lose some.

But you should look bigger after the cut is over.

its best to just choose to cut or to bulk.. or maintain and slowly gain if your not devoted entirely to BB. either way you should aim to gain/lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week clean.

also to many supplements, ur wasting ur money
supplements are advertised like steroids, saying what they can do
if they were THAT GREAT, they would be banned or illegal in competive sports, just like anything else that gives u a DESCENT performance edge

I think that with your bf you can gain lean mass while cutting, but i suggest you focusing on cutting. You can do it without all those supplements. Diet and hard work will be sufficient. Good luck!

You will drive yourself crazy trying to do both. I tried it and failed. Just pick one man.

You all are right, I should just focus on cutting as opposed to bulking.

I'll still train hard as I would when trying to gain muscle
but I'll eat and do cardio so that I can cut.
